How to Request an Exchange

Detailed description of the quality issue

Clear photos/videos of the defect
Our team will review your request within 3 business days. Once approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions for sending the item back for inspection. After confirming the quality issue, we’ll arrange for an exchange with the same style (or a comparable alternative, subject to availability).
Non-Refundable Items
All purchases (including standard sizes and custom designs) are final sale. No returns or refunds will be processed for reasons other than manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
